For the Upper West 30th floor, we designed and fabricated twenty-four unique objects (318 total) for a 1000m2 workspace. These objects, crafted from reflective metals, ash wood, satin glass, natural fabric, and marble, embody a distinct material language. This system challenges workspace conventions without unnecessary disruption. Reflective surfaces dematerialize boundaries, while a seemingly floating wooden volume unifies the open plan. Dividers balance privacy and connectivity, plants within frosted glass boxes offer moments of respite. This modular system embodies flexibility, responding to the workplace’s evolving dynamics.

The opportunity to design both the interior space and its custom furniture allowed for a holistic approach, extending the architectural concept into the objects themselves.
