Complete renovation of two attic spaces for the same owner on Levetzowstrasse between 2022 and 2023 in Berlin. The roof  and partial structure was updated with new windows, skylights and two additional balconies with views to the Alexander tower. The east apartment has an operable skylight for an eventual stair accessed rooftop terrace.
