ARTEFACTS _ BERLIN ART WEEK 2026

ARTEFACTS brings together the different scales of our practice within the showroom of our Berlin studio.

Designed and renovated by ALLEN KAUFMANN as part of the studio itself, the showroom is conceived as an evolving space for objects, art, exhibitions and events. It is both a project in its own right and a platform for presenting the work of AKO alongside invited artists and collaborators.

For Berlin Art Week 2026, ARTEFACTS brought together objects by AKO and works by Berlin artist Joachim Bosse, exploring the shifting relationship between form, function, meaning and display.

The exhibition reflects the way we work across P / O / S — Projects, Objects, Subjects: the space as Project, the furniture as Objects, and the exhibition itself as Subject.
